Separate domain name pointing to a specific folder inside your File Manager. Not intended for reselling. (No cPanel interface, etc..) Adding an add-on domain will also use one of your allowed sub-domains and parked domains

You will be able to log straight in (via FTP) to the folder
you have setup for your Add-On/Sub domain:
Hostname: foldername.yourdomain.com
Username: foldername@yourdomain.com
Password: The password you setup when you added the Add-On domain

Adding New Customer Accounts:
Go to Your WHM (Web Host Manager) and select "Create a New Account" under the Account Functions section.

* You will need to create your plans FIRST then upgrade your main account to one of "your" plans to free up the extra space.
* Upload all public files to the Public_Html folder in your file manager
* Do NOT delete the public_html folder at any time for any reason

* The username for Webmail and other email programs such as 'Outlook Express' is the full email address of the email account you have setup

Mail settings for Outlook Express and other email clients:
• incoming mail = domainname.com
• outgoing mail = domainname.com

Some ISPs block their clients from using their own SMTP server for outgoing mail, in this case you will need to use your ISPs settings for outgoing mai.l

When using an email client such as Outlook Express: under Properties > server tab > check the box which states "My server requires Authentication" for outgoing mail. Use the same username and password as incoming mail settings.

DNS changes needed for your domain name to work.

Change your domainname.com DNS to our servers:
Our name server information:
• Primary NS:             NS1.LOADFAST.COM
• Primary NS IP:        67.19.211.250 (if needed)
• Secondary NS:        NS2.LOADFAST.COM
• Secondary NS IP:    67.19.211.251 (if needed)

Go to the place where you bought the domain name. You should have a user name and password.

Look for dns name server changes or domain name dns changes. If you cannot find this on the site, email them and ask: How do I change my dns name servers to my new host?

Login to their panel to make the changes, look for nameservers or dns, enter the name servers listed above. Some places want the ip numbers and some don't. Hit update or submit. The changes will take 24 to 72 hours to update.
